Look no further. The best-damned meatloaf because of the onion relish and mozzarella. The relish adds just the right amount of sweetness and the mozzarella just makes everything great!

 1.50 lbs 90% lean Ground Beef
  cup Breadcrumbs
 1 Egg
 ¼ cup Onion Relish (it's hard to find a good one)
 4 1/4" slices of mozzarella cheese
 1 cup Pasta Sauce
 1 pinch Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder to taste

1. Mix all ingredients except pasta sauce in a large mixing bowl

2. In a shallow Teflon pan (spray with olive oil), shape the meat into a loaf.

3. Cut the upper half of the meatloaf off and place the cheese inside, then place the upper half of the meatloaf on the lower half, sealing the edges.

4. Bake for 40 minutes at 325 degrees F.

5. Remove from the oven and pour the pasta sauce on the top. Place back in the oven with foil cover for another 10-15 minutes.

6. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
